Why I think Sirius is not dead!

I’m sure he’s going to make a reappearance in Deathly Hallows, wether alive or dead.
But I’m almost certain that he’s not. Dead, that is.
He fell through the veil. Nobody knows what’s on the other side of the veil.
But on the cover of the American deathly hallows there’s swaying curtains at the side.
Now, where else have we seen swaying curtains, hmm?
And Harry and Voldemort are standing inside the ‘swaying curtains’
So, if this is considered to be behind the archway in the department of mysteries, then if Harry and Voldemort can still live and be behind the veil then why not Sirius?
He wasn’t hit with a killing curse, so he’s not dead. Unless there’s something particularly nasty behind there. But lets think back to what Luna said at the end of Phoenix. She said that the people behind the veil were just ‘lurking out of sight’
And that she heard their whispering too. So if sometimes they ARE in sight, then isn’t this a way of contacting Sirius? Perhaps it’s just another separate world behind the veil, but Sirius is just stuck there, unless there’s a way of getting out. He’s not dead, just stuck in another ‘dimension’ I guess. After all, this IS the department of mysteries.

But if he IS dead, then I actually think he will come back as a ghost. Nearly headless Nick said that Sirius would have ‘moved on’ but my proof is Moaning Myrtle.
Now, Nick said the witch or wizard has to leave traces of themselves upon the earth, but Moaning Myrtle came back because she was purely determined to haunt Olive Hornby. She came back without leaving traces of herself upon the earth (or did this without realising) because she was determined to do something. Now Sirius, what would he be determined to do? Help Harry, of course. Knowing that Sirius love’s Harry so much, then that is the one thing that Sirius will be most determined to do, come back and see Harry. So surely, if moaning myrtle can come back because she was so determined to do something, then why not harry?
